Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Where we obtain the consent of data subjects for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR provides the legal basis.
Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR provides the legal basis for the processing of personal data that is necessary to fulfil a contract to which the data subject is party. This also applies for processing that is necessary for measures implemented prior to entering into a contract.
Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR provides the legal basis where processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and where such interests are not outweighed by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Access data without reference to persons
We collect and store certain access data which is not linked to specific persons. We do this in order to improve the service we offer on our website. Access data are normally collected and stored as soon as a file is requested from our website.

The following personal data are collected when a subscription is made for our newsletter: your name and your e-mail address.

Use of personal data
Unless you provide your specific consent your personal data are only used to answer your enquiry and to process orders, etc. However, your address data are passed on to our package service providers for the purpose of delivering goods. Automatically collected Information which is not Personal Data
